Flights:
- Airline cancellation and refund policies apply as per their terms.
A service fee may be charged by Fantastic Fare for cancellation processing.
Tour Packages:
- Cancellations made 30+ days in advance: Full refund minus service fee.
- 15–29 days in advance: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days: Non-refundable
Refunds
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–15 business days after approval.
- Payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
No refunds will be issued for missed departures or no-shows.
